To review the accommodation options, to make a reservation or to make a payment, please download the reservation form, fill it in, complete with credit card information and FAX it back by August 1st, 2009 at the latest. The downloaded form is a MS-Word.doc file and can be filled in using MS-Word or an equivalent word processor.
