Oral Presentations

Please ensure that your presentation is on a USB Pen-drive and that the presentation is in MS-Powerpoint 97-2004 presentation format. We will have no time for people to connect up their own computers to the presentation equipment. If you have video or complicated graphics, please check your presentation during breakfast, lunch or coffee breaks for compatibility with the drivers and font sets available on the presentation equipment

Posters

The maximum size of the posters should be 95 cms wide and 125 cms tall. There is a poster board available for every abstract. We wish to bring to your attention that we would like all oral presentations also to be presented as a poster. We are holding an extended poster session at the end of each day and this will give the opportunity for all oral presenters to answer questions more adequately and for questioners to pose more insightful comments. The reason for this is quite simple: there is never enough time to discuss work in detail following an oral presentation. We are hoping that all oral presenters will respond to this request. If you fail to bring a poster the empty board will be noticed. We will provide fixing materials (pins, double sided tape etc,). All posters will be mounted on the opening day and will remain in place for the duration of the workshop.
