Travel Visas

Currently, citizens of the USA, Canada and Australia require visas to enter Brazil. Please apply early. You cannot talk your way into the country if you are too late or forget. However, people of all nationalities should enquire about visa regulations to be sure - things can change.

A Yellow Fever certificate of vaccination is also required if you are thinking of also visiting any of the following regions in Brazil: Acre, Amapa, Amazonas, Federal District, Goias, Maranhao, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Para, Rondonia, Roraima, and Tocantins. It is not required for Bahia, where the workshop is being held, but is required for the Amazon, the falls at Iguassu and the Pantanal, three extremely popular locations for visitors.
